NHL Power Plays 4/3/2018

It comes down to the last straight-away, with a sprint to the finish.  There is one week left in the regular season for the NHL, and plenty of teams are playing their hearts out for the post season.  Its been a long season, and a good run for the FamVice crew.  Of course, we are going to bring you some content for the Playoffs too, but the games slates will be smaller and more condensed.  This last week of the season brings a lot of interesting games with the Playoff jockeying going on and a couple of teams holding on for dear life to get in.  Let’s dig into the slate and see if we can find some plays for tonight.  Good Luck!

When you are making you teams I can’t stress enough that you need to make sure your goalie is actually confirmed and starting.  Sites like Dailyfaceoff.com, Leftwinglock.com, and Goaliepost.com are great places for information.  Another great place to get up to the minute news and information, is the teams beat writers.  I have created a list on Twitter @Votts_DFS  for all of the NHL teams, and a separate list of all the beat writers for you to follow, it’s a great tool and a necessity.  The advanced stats that I use and reference in this article come from Corsica.hockey and also naturalstattrick.com.
